We couldn't sleep until 1am each night because of the noise from the terrace: banging in the kitchen, furniture being moved, and bachelor guests yelling. Our rooms were on the top floor, above which there's a restaurant on the terrace. The manager should let guests know about this before assigning those rooms. Also, expect to climb 60-70 stairs to get to the lift, so be ready for that.

The staff were decent, but the bathroom was unclean and the rooms were messy. The blankets they gave us were dirty and hadn't been washed. With no heating facilities, this hotel isn't worth staying in during winter.

Winter stays aren't worth it here since there are no heating essentials. The rooms, bed, and blanket were dirty, with lots of hair on the blankets. The bathroom seats weren't clean either, and there was no service available.

I stayed one night. The staff were decent and the hotel was just okay, but the room quality was pathetic: the bed was hairy and the sheets weren't clean. Hygiene wasn't maintained, and there were no heating provisions for Shimla's winter weather.

I booked in a hurry through goibibo and paid as if it were a 3 or 4 star hotel, but it felt like a lodge that shouldn't cost more than 500 or 700. They basically provide a room and bed. The rooms were dirty, hygiene wasn't maintained by staff, and the kitchen was dirty and there in name only. Very disappointed.
