The basin overflowed, the light kept blinking, and the giser didn't work. The food wasn't good either. If I could give the property zero, I would. I suggest you don't go.

I spent a month here and loved the whole experience. The staff were humble, and the food was amazing.

The hotelier was rude and unprofessional, and we were even denied drinking water. The bedding looked unwashed and unhygienic. Amenities were very limited, with only soap and a towel provided. The TV didn't work, and in one room the lights weren't working properly, leaving it very dark, almost like a blackout room. The stay didn't meet basic hospitality standards, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel at this price.

Check-in to check-out was smooth, with thoroughly professional staff. The rooms were clean and well ventilated, and I had a very good experience at the property. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Shimla.

They wouldn’t let me into my room, even though I showed them my confirmed online booking. The staff were aggressive and rude, and demanded extra money on top of the price I’d already paid online. It felt like a scam, and their conduct was completely unprofessional. Don’t book here, save your money and go somewhere else.
