We got a room on the second-floor basement, so every time we wanted dinner or to go out for sightseeing, we had to climb up to the top floor. The room itself was good, though. Service was good, the food was nice, and hot water was available 24 hours.

The staff were quite friendly, and the food was decent, though not great. There was no chicken option, only egg dishes. Seems like a good hotel for a short stop or a night’s rest while on a hop journey.

The manager was helpful and friendly, and my room was clean and felt safe. I stayed for two days in Shimla and liked the food a lot. The rooms just don’t look the way they’re shown on Google.

The balcony rooms have a nice view, and the rooms themselves were neat and clean. Room service was very good, with polite staff, especially Kathar Singh. The food was so good too. We had a similar South Indian dinner and an awesome breakfast.

It’s a long way from Mall Road, and there’s no hill view from the hotel. The rooms were poor quality and felt suffocating, with no basic washroom amenities. Staff were pathetic, rude, and would shout on the phone when we called for service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family or women. Keep this in mind if you’re planning a stay.
