Mr Ashish Sharma deserves a special mention for being polite, well mannered, and helpful. We arrived late, but the staff had kept our room ready and food prepared for us. Thank you MNP for a wonderful stay. I spent two nights at Mountain Valley view Resort in Shimla in December 2025. The location was convenient for the city center, and my room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom. I’d recommend it to everyone.

aashish and sunil were very cooperative. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, with a nice choice of fresh, well-prepared food. It arrived on time, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The attentive staff kept everything well stocked.

I left feeling this hotel wasn’t worth the money and wouldn’t recommend it. The most concerning part was finding food charges added to my room bill for items I never ordered. There was also an extra 2% fee for credit card payments, and no driver facilities. The food was poor quality despite being very expensive. Rooms lacked basic items like soap and shampoo, and the restaurant staff were extremely slow and seemed unconcerned about guests. A very disappointing stay.

We had a terrible experience. The lift wasn’t working when we checked in, so we had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. During our two-night stay, there was no electricity for one full night. The manager said it was a power outage, and the hotel has no backup power. After travelling all day, losing a night’s sleep was a major red flag.

Thanks to the Hotel MNP team for making my Shimla trip so good! The view was 🔥, the rooms were clean, and my stay was super comfy. Staff were nice and the food was yumm 😋. I’ll cherish the memories from here. 😊
