OYO 22122 Hotel Falcon Crest

This is otherwise a decent hotel, but the experience was spoiled by General Manager Sunil Randhawa. He was unprofessional and kept interrupting instead of listening patiently. Management should train him to hear clients out.

The mountain and greenery views make Hotel Falcon Crest in Kandaghat, Himachal a peaceful break from city life. I’ve stayed there several times, and each visit has been amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the facilities are up to the mark, and the staff are always polite and helpful. It works well for either a short trip or a longer stay, with a comfortable feel and warm hospitality. It really feels like home in the hills, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himachal.

We booked two ground-floor rooms at this nice hotel, which is on the way to Shimla.

The airy, pleasant atmosphere and great location make this restaurant inviting. Food was good quality, portions were generous, and prices were convenient. Service was decent, and the staff were courteous and well behaved. Cleanliness needs attention, though: empty tables were left dirty, and even after we told the staff, we saw no effort to clean the floor. With better attention to hygiene, the dining experience could be much better.
