The hotel needs serious work on maintenance and staff behavior. Cleanliness fell below standard, and the service was slow and unprofessional. My stay unfortunately didn't meet expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously for future guests.
The staff were so kind and polite, and service was really good. I enjoyed the food too. Happy with my stay ❤️
We only had one night here before heading on to other parts of Finland, and I wish we could've stayed longer. The rooms were very comfortable, and getting to Helsinki's central area and the train station was convenient. A fantastic hotel.
There wasn't any drinking water, and with no laundry service we had to use the same blanket and bedsheet as before. The washrooms were filthy. You're paying just to sleep there, with zero facilities. A really pathetic place.
I was in town for an exam at a nearby centre, and the stay turned into total chaos. The sheets weren't clean, the food was average, and worst of all there was no water supply. Room service promised we'd have water in the morning, but we still had to go to another room to bathe. Bad experience.
