Our family went through ordeals because the hotel service was so bad that “very bad” doesn't cover it. We nearly took the complaints through legal channels. Mr. Kunal, the Cluster Manager, was the reason we didn't, and I thank him. I hope he takes the necessary action about the hotel's service. I don't have time to go into everything we experienced. Five stars for Mr. Kunal's service, but Oyo needs to take action on the hotel.

They gave us a 2BHK because the 1BHK wasn't available for two people. It's about a 10-minute walk past Oyo Angaan to Shimla Tutikandi bus stand. They also provide a heater for 100rs a day.

There were huge spiders in the room, as the image shows. The lighting wasn't proper, and there was nobody to help. We checked out after 15 minutes. It felt completely unsafe, and the experience was awful. OYO still hasn't refunded the approximately 9000 inr. At 1 am, we had to book another hotel room for Rs 14000. Such a waste of money. I won't trust OYO again, and I'll complain to the customer court too.

The room and hall were clean, and the caretaker was friendly. From the top-floor room there's a nice view through the window, and you can use the kitchen to make tea or simple dishes. Pappi da dhaba, near ISBT, delivers food here. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the slightly high price. Still, a nice place to stay in Shimla.
