Oyo Hotel Karan

Getting to the hotel was a major task because there was no road connectivity, and safety was a serious concern. We booked a delux room but were given a classic one. The only staff member behaved pathetically, while the manager wouldn't address the problem or even come speak to us face to face. There were no other guests. Later, local residents told us the place wasn't good and that a police complaint had been registered a few days earlier. Worst experience and worst people. They don't deserve even one star, and if I could, I'd give a negative rating. I would never recommend this hotel.

We tried calling for help, but after 15 minutes they disconnected the call. They didn't transfer our hotel booking or refund the money, and after a lot of searching we finally found another hotel at 10PM. The road to this place is badly made and risky, cars slip on it, there's no space to go up or park a car, and you have to climb the way up to reach the hotel. The service was very bad, and the whole situation felt dangerous. Trust me, it's not a good place. We went through a lot, so please don't go there.

If a guest leaves something behind, they don't return it. Please don't book this hotel.

A decent, cheap room for a one or two day visit, and good value for money. The bathroom was good and everything else was fine too. Best if you only need a room to sleep in. ☄️
