I'm sorry to say this, but my first impression of the hotel was poor. I called for the first time and the man who answered was unprofessional and hung up. I called again several times, and he kept disconnecting. When he finally picked up, he spoke with an attitude and said he didn't need a tutorial on how to talk. If staff behave this way, how can the rest of the management work? Aren't the senior managers or owner concerned about the hotel's first impression? If this keeps happening, it's a loss of business.

The resort has a great view, the staff are the best, and the food tastes good. Just be aware that you have to pay rent for a room heater, since it isn't included with the room.

The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hospitality exceeded what we expected.
