We were comfortable throughout our stay at Shimla Inn Hotel. The staff were quick to respond and very courteous, and room service was prompt. Breakfast and dinner were both fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. The balcony view was the highlight for us, especially waking up to the mountains. I’d love to come back.

The location is quiet, and it’s only a short ride to mall road. There’s enough parking for both a car and a bike. Our room was super clean, the washroom was hygienic, and all the amenities were there. The owner checked in after we arrived to make sure the room was okay, and the staff were very well mannered. One of the best stays I’ve had.

We were disappointed with our stay. The food wasn’t good, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned, and the doors didn’t lock securely. It was hard to find the hotel, which is in a deep forest area, and felt dangerous and scary at night with no nearby streetlights. There was no staff to help us overnight. When we decided to check out early, the staff were arrogant. They’d said breakfast would be served at 8:30, but nobody was there and the restaurant doors were locked.

The balcony was a lovely place to start the morning, with a calm, beautiful view. Breakfast was tasty, dinner was satisfying, and the food was better than I expected. The caring, attentive staff were quick to help, which made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. Shimla Inn Hotel added some good memories to our trip.

It’s a welcoming place to stay, with really spacious rooms and an awesome view from the room. We liked being away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Recommended.
