The rooms were spacious, bright with natural light, clean, and well looked after. Staff across the hotel were courteous and helpful, especially housekeeping and the food service team. Mr. Rajkumar made sure our food preferences and needs were taken care of throughout the stay. A wonderful stay with warm hospitality and great service. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Shimla.

There are several spots to unwind, including the lounge by reception and the area outside the restaurant, and the hotel also has gaming areas, a gym, and nice rooms. Staff were polite, with especially excellent service from Nikhil verma, Vicky bhardwaj, and Rajkumar. It felt worth the money overall. A few things could be better: room sizes, room service speed, the number of facilities in the activity rooms, availability of more rooms with a view, and how quickly rooms are provided. Still, we had a nice stay.

Arzoo was especially kind and lovable with our child, who enjoyed spending mealtimes with her. They formed a lovely bond in a short time, which made our family stay even more pleasant. The resort had a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and caring throughout. We enjoyed the tasty food, relaxing ambience, and easy access to nearby attractions. It was a memorable trip for our family, and we appreciated the hospitality. We’d love to return and would recommend the resort to others visiting Shimla.

Mr. Tarun Bakshi, the owner, was a great help throughout our journey and stay, and we’re grateful for that. The hospitality was very good, and our stay felt pleasant. The kids’ play area kept the children happy and occupied, and having proper car parking was a real convenience for us arriving by car. Staff were very polite, cooperative, and ready to help. The food was excellent, too. The property and rooms were clean and well maintained, with attractive interiors and a comfortable, relaxing feel. We also liked the pleasant atmosphere. The one small drawback was the lack of power backup, which could be a concern at times. Otherwise, we had a wonderful family stay at Snow Valley Resorts Shimla, and I’d recommend it to others looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant setting.
