Breakfast was excellent, and the price is very good. Hotel Swastik Inn is on the Shimla-Chandigarh road, with a cozy, clean, pleasant room. The team were friendly, patient, and helpful, and I was impressed that I could turn to them with any concern at any hour. I'll stay here again next time.

I was glad I picked Swastik Inn. The view from my room was marvellous, and it stayed quiet at night. The whole place has a calm, caring feel, like a peaceful retreat set up to help guests relax. Excellent.

We ended up sleeping in our car because there were no rooms available at any hotel around then. We'd felt reassured thinking our room at Swastik hotel was already booked through the agoda app. But when we arrived, the front desk man denied the booking, even after I showed him the booking ID and everything. He said they had no tie-ups with agora app, called agoda fake, and told us there were no rooms, though the site showed two available. They didn't give us a room. It was the worst experience.

We spent 2 days there, and it was a soothing, pleasant stay. The staff were cooperative, helpful, and very decent. The restaurant food felt homemade, with restaurant-style dishes made in a homely way. Thanks to the whole Swastik Team. Looking forward to visiting again.
