The property is about 30 minutes from Mall Road, so it’s better suited to a quiet getaway. My attached balcony had stunning views, and inside, the place was aesthetic and well maintained. The room and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Host Ravi was very helpful, and Zostel’s customer support was great too. Excellent value for money.

The broad window looked out over the valley, and the starry night view was mesmerizing. A stay here is a must for the hospitality and superior experience.

For a quiet workcation or a chance to enjoy the weather in peace, this Zostel property is a lovely escape from the bustle of Shimla. It’s about 30 minutes from the main center, so frequent trips to Mall Road may be inconvenient. But if you want a homely feel and somewhere peaceful, it’s a great fit. Ravi was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. There isn’t a full restaurant, though the kitchen serves a basic menu with the essentials. A comfortable, calm place that I’d highly recommend.

We had the best time in the Family Suite during our 2 days and 1 night stay. The hostel is a little way from the main roads, which made it the peaceful getaway we wanted. Once we booked, they sent us directions to get there. The decor was the most aesthetic I’ve seen in all the hostels and stays I’ve explored. It felt cozy, fresh, bright, and clean. They can serve breakfast items only. For other meals, the manager gave us brochures for two nearby restaurants, and the food was fine. The manager and helper were kind, polite, and warm throughout. A few friends saw my Instagram posts, booked the same place, and had a gala time too 🥰 Just keep an eye out for monkeys in the area and small insects that occasionally fly into the room naturally.
