We had a great view from our spacious, spotless room, and the food was delicious. The staff were so friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect. I'd definitely come back!

The room was dirty, with obvious signs of neglect. The bathroom tap barely worked, and there was no hot water, so the stay was uncomfortable and unhygienic. We were also charged an extra ₹500 without any explanation or justification. On top of that, the front desk manager was rude and unprofessional, with very poor customer service. I strongly advise against booking here. The management and facilities were substandard.

The breakfast buffet was especially tasty, and the rest of the food was delicious too. We found the rooms clean and spacious, and the staff were very polite. The location made it easy to explore the city. It was a great stay and I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was just okay, and the staff were friendly, but there wasn't much else to like. Cockroaches greeted us when we checked in. The room smelled bad, and the bathroom was very dirty.
