The road leading to the hotel was broken, rocky, and unsafe, and the surroundings were unpleasant and dirty. One main spot is nearby, but that doesn't make up for the location or the state of the hotel. The room was filthy from the beds and floor to the walls. Even worse, the toilet was yellow and covered in stains, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. Opening the bathroom door made me feel sick. They charged a lot for one day, but the room wasn't worth half that amount. It felt more like a dirty storeroom than a hotel. There's no cleanliness, maintenance, or basic hygiene here. A complete waste of money, and I strongly warn people not to stay unless they want their trip and mood ruined. Worst management, worst room, worst cleanliness. I'm never coming back.

The hotel is tucked far inside, but the service and people were kind. Breakfast and tea were good. Cleanliness, the taps, and the flushing system all need work, and hot water had to be brought by bucket. My car stopped at midnight, about 20 km away. I called reception, and Mr Anil helped get the car to the hotel. I'm very thankful to Mr Anilji.

Keep this as a last resort. The room was only so-so for cleanliness, and the flush wasn't working. The hotel sits a little off the main road, down a deserted stretch with no streetlights. Getting there or back is difficult at night if you don't have your own vehicle.

I used to stay here whenever I visited Shirdi and once had five-star service, but after hearing new management had taken over, I found the quality had dropped badly. I won't be coming back. This stay was horrible: the hotel was still dirty when we arrived after a wedding the night before, though the rooms themselves were just okay. The bed in the single room was uncomfortable. Water wasn't coming through the hotel supply, and hot water was available only in the morning, so there was none for a later shower. Breakfast was okay.
