The rooms were large, clean, and the staff were supportive. We booked a non AC room and didn't realize it came without toiletries. The low price made that understandable, but people should know before they pack. The doors also all had lock problems. The cook makes food and tea only when asked, so it's fresh, though it takes longer than at other hotels.

The bathroom smelled bad, with yellow patches on the sink, toilet, and tub. The dusty couch was torn, too. We asked room service to clean the bathroom, but they didn't respond. A very BAD experience.

No drinking water was brought even after I asked several times, and the washroom had no lights. The breakfast was just okay, and there was a DEAD COCKROACH in the washroom. There were open wires in the rooms and right in front of the elevator, and cleanliness was poor throughout. Staff were rude. The worst hotel experience I've had recently.

I spent a night here while visiting Shirdi Sai Temple. Parking was ample, the owner was polite, and the service was good. The rooms are large and good, and even the Non-Ac ones weren't bad for such a low price.

We'd already booked with Shiv Sai, but they didn't give us rooms. The staff have no sense of how to handle bookings or any guidelines. Maybe the hotel fills up during rush periods, but otherwise no one would go to this useless place. B grade, stupid staff, no brains.
