The location is a real plus, just a five-minute walk to the temple, and the building's security person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but a bit old and cramped, with sharp furniture edges. For the room and facilities, it wasn't budget-friendly. At booking, it wasn't mentioned that we'd be on the third floor. Security told us when we arrived. The building is apartment-style, and that detail was missing from the room information. Given the basic cleanliness and location, I don't think a four-star rating is justified.

Even in peak season, the rooms are good and under a 1200 budget. Hot water is available from 4 am to 8 am, and Sai mandir is just a few minutes' walk away. I like the food at Sai Prem hotel, which is on the way to or from the mandir, if you're not on a tight budget.

The rooms were average, but the hospitality was really bad, even though I'd chosen this stay after reading the Google reviews. They were rude over small requests like changing the bedsheet. The househelp guy made faces, and the owner said we could leave if we had a problem. Then, when we asked to change the sheet, they suddenly said there was another booking and told us to check out. 🤣

Hotel Temple Sai was great value for money, with good service and amenities. It's only a short walk to Sai Baba Temple, which is ideal for devotees. The rooms were extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shirdi. I'll definitely stay here again.
