The housekeeping stood out during our comfortable stay at JC Castle. Vikram was attentive, polite, and proactive, keeping our room spotless and making sure we had what we needed. His dedication and professionalism made the stay better. The rooms were clean, the ambience calm, and everything was well maintained. I'd recommend the hotel and especially appreciate Vikram's great work.

Somnath and his team were friendly, and room service was quick and responsive. The hotel's ambience was lovely, and cleanliness was top-notch. Breakfast choices were limited: no juice or sweets, and the only fruit was bananas. There was no swimming pool either. Even so, the stay was affordable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We arrived expecting the price agreed on by phone, based on an earlier stay, but the front desk demanded more. Once we challenged that, they told us to cancel and book through Agoda, even though we were already there. The staff were rude, the room felt poor, and the whole experience was misleading and unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed and won't come back or recommend this place.
