The front office staff were helpful, and the place has enough parking space out front. Since it's by the road, public transport is accessible too. It's an older property with basic amenities, including a lift, attached bathroom, and room service. The rooms are average in size and have basic amenities. Cleaning and room service were a bit lacking, and the restaurant had limited choices, all too spicy for my liking. It was a good stay, but those things need improvement.

The hotel is near the Sai Baba temple, has good parking, and the staff can give you an idea of how crowded the temple is. Hot water is available from 4 am. The room is good enough to stay in, and the price is fair, with no extra charge. Still, negotiate the room rate. The washroom wasn't very hygienic, and the support staff were a little slow, though not too bad. I'd suggest keeping your mobile phone and camera at the hotel.

We changed rooms more than seven times in three days. We came hoping for a wonderful time and ended up with a headache. In the first room, there was no water at the sink. Staff said they couldn't fix it and moved us. Then they tried to give us a room with bathroom issues they'd been discussing downstairs. The third room was dirty, from the bathroom to the bed sheets, but we stayed in it anyway. A day later, there was an electricity problem and they didn't turn on the AC until the following day. After shopping, we came back in the afternoon to find no electricity. They moved us to another room with a single double bedroom, where the plumbing didn't drain. We lost half a day waiting for them to fix it. Then we were moved again, but that room had no knob to turn the shower water on, so they gave us yet another room. If you're staying just one night, you might not notice the problems because you'll be busy visiting Sai. I'd give it zero stars if I could, but one is the lowest. Dirty, unmaintained, and unhygienic.

The location is good, but the service really let us down. The restaurant phone went unanswered, so my husband had to run downstairs to order food or tea. One of the rooms wasn't clean at check-in, and there was waterlogging in it. The food was pathetic, and the desk manager acted like helping us was a favor. Our stay was ruined at this subpar property.
