The hotel's ambience and service were very poor. There was no drinking water, the lift wasn't working, and we had no hot water. The washrooms were awful, the manager was arrogant, and breakfast wasn't provided even though we'd booked it. A zero-star hotel. Guys, don't book this hotel, not even in your dreams. We request OYO to cancel its hotel license as soon as possible. Worst hotel.

When we visited, there was no power, and they didn't keep the generator running continuously. The lobby wasn't clean, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The rooms are good. The hotel is on the outskirts of shirdi, 1.5 km from Temple on pimpalawadi road, and offers free shuttle service to the temple and other places.

The room was clean, and staff were courteous and quick to help. The hotel is on the outskirts, so transportation is difficult. The TV remote didn't work, and the AC wasn't working either.

Definitely not a hotel I'd recommend. It wasn't worth the money, the service was pathetic, and management was very poor. The washrooms were horrible, the window panel was already broken, and there was no safety or security. Worst, worst, worst!

The hotel is good, but there is no water geyser in the room. It's about 2 km from the bus stand or the Saibaba temple.
