The hotel didn't match what I expected. It seems to be in poor condition now, despite the old photos being used, and every room we asked about had some kind of issue. Staff were pleasant, but they didn't fix the problems. The washroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and the flush leaked so we had to shut off its water supply ourselves. The sheets and pillow covers were old and filthy. We asked for replacements, but the ones brought were dirty too, so it didn't look like they had fresh linen. Breakfast was advertised as free, but it wasn't made in house. It was just a plate of dosa, idli, or poha from an outside vendor. I know the price was low, but the room should still be maintained and the sheets should be clean.
