The man at reception was nice, but the place looked dingy and didn't seem fully operational. Its 3-star Cleartrip rating and OYO flagship label don't match what I saw, it felt hardly like a one-star hotel. I couldn't stay after seeing the condition of the washroom and toilet. I can't comment on the service.

The room was good, and the staff were polite and pleasant. The hotel is about 1 km from the temple, a little tucked away, but I still had a nice stay. The lift wasn't working, though. Om Sai Ram...

We had to wait for someone to clean our room before checking in, since the rooms were dirty and nobody was at the hotel when we got there. The bedsheets also looked dirty and weren't washed well enough. There's no lift in this four-storey building. The hotel used to be a hospital, and it's tucked away in a corner.

I booked through make my trip and set off from Mumbai after confirming with the hotel that we'd be staying there. When we arrived, they refused to give us a room. They said they'd already told make my trip to cancel because they hadn't received enough money for our booking. A pathetic experience.

A quiet, clean and tidy place for a family stay in Shirdi, without noise pollution. The staff were polite, caring and provided good service. If I visit Shirdi again, I'd stay there.
