We arrived to find that check-in was refused because the hotel said our booking had been cancelled, but nobody had told us. We'd confirmed in advance and had a confirmed booking through Cleartrip that was already paid for. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, with no willingness to help. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
