I left Hotel Royal Inn very disappointed. Arvind Choudhary, the manager, seemed arrogant and driven by his ego, making an already bad situation worse. The staff's behavior was poor, and they didn't seem to have basic hospitality training or know how to deal with customers professionally. The whole experience showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism.

The food selection was enjoyable, and the staff treated us with a lot of respect. Management was professional too. I had a memorable stay at hotal rayal inn, where the hospitality was top-class.

Dinner was a regular thali, and breakfast was a sandwich and bread cake. It was all fresh and tasted good. My room at Hotel Royal Inn, Sikar was clean and comfortable, so I had a really nice stay. I think it's one of the best hotels in Sikar.
