The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no manners or etiquette when speaking to guests. Parking was the biggest problem: there was no facility at all, and the vehicle assistance service was pathetic. My room also had no balcony. This was a highly disappointing stay and a total waste of money. I strictly wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, and the food was good. The hotel kept things hygienic, and my clean, spacious room was well maintained with the basic amenities provided. Staff were courteous and helpful whenever needed, which made the stay comfortable. Good value for money, and I'd recommend it for a hassle-free stay.

We booked for two adults and assumed there wouldn't be an extra charge for an infant. When we arrived with our 4-year-old, the rude staff demanded a huge additional payment, then made us leave without a refund, even though we hadn't deliberately hidden any information. MakeMyTrip support said they couldn't help. I had a terrible experience. Don't go if you want a happy, peaceful stay.
