Dinner at Siliguri Kitchen Restaurant was a highlight. The food had great flavor, looked well presented, and was top quality. Sourav, Qyalsing, Kasinath, Joy Mandal, and Ulmila were warm, attentive, and professional, and made each meal a pleasure. Singer Vivek added a lovely feel to the evening with his performance. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. From arrival onward, everything felt luxurious and relaxing. Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri sets a high standard for hospitality, comfort, and service. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Siliguri.

The rooms are spacious and clean, in line with Marriott’s standards. There’s a decent gym, and I liked the breakfast buffet. From the moment you arrive, the staff make sure you’re taken care of. You won’t find anything better in Siliguri, so it deserves five stars. One thing that could be improved is the Uber pickup situation. Cars wait outside, accept the ride, then refuse to drive into the hotel and start the trip unless you pay double in cash. I’m not sure the gatekeepers and valets know this is happening, but they could do more to protect customers from these scammers.

A big thank you to the restaurant team, especially Smriti, Kashi, Simron, Priya, Kamal, Aiyous, and Gentshering. Your kindness and professionalism helped make our stay easy and comfortable, and your care really stood out. Every interaction showed how much pride you take in your work. We felt welcomed and valued from the moment we arrived. The whole team was attentive and warm, and often seemed to anticipate what we needed. This was one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I’ve had. The hotel creates more than just a place to stay, and I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks again for such wonderful hospitality.

The buffet was delicious, and the central location made getting around convenient. I spent a night here with my family and we had a delightful stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, and took good care of our needs. We found a handwritten note from the General Manager and a delicious pastry waiting in our room, a lovely personal touch. I’d highly recommend this property for a stay in Siliguri or nearby.

Dinner at Courtyard by Marriott, Siliguri was a wonderful evening with friends. Simran and Smriti were so polite and attentive, and kept checking that we were comfortable. Their hospitality made the meal feel personal and more enjoyable. The ambience was elegant, the food was delicious, and everything was managed well. Thanks to them and the whole team for a memorable experience. Highly recommend!
