SPOT ON 64043 Satyam Guest House

We were exhausted and resting because our train wasn’t until 7:P.M., when a staff member came yelling at us to leave. There were five of us, three boys and two girls, all adults, split between two rooms that weren’t even locked. He insisted the girls had to share one room and the three boys another. I don’t know of any written rule saying adult men and women can’t stay together. The room was in pathetic condition, and the staff behavior was very poor. They harass almost every guest, I guess that’s why they got their rating. Worst experience ever. I’d tell everyone not to choose this hotel.

The staff were irresponsible during my stay. My ID card and headphones went missing, and I don’t know whether they lost them or stole them. Please don’t stay at this place, it felt like some kind of bhoot bangla.

The room was very clean, the staff were polite, and the service was good.

I had a very bad experience with these frauds. They charged me a lot, but the rooms were really dirty and the bathrooms were 🤮. The boy wearing glasses had no respect for customers and spoke as if he already knew me. If I found that boy outside, I would ..... I can’t recommend this hotel. It felt like a haunted room.
