The outsourced restaurant kitchen let things down, the food preparation was poor. Otherwise, it's a no-frills hotel that feels like good value for the price. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the pool decent, and the location quiet and quaint. You'll need to drive about 15 minutes to the beach.

There are good deals here, and the pricing can be great. Casajuliana is new, so the rooms and property are in better condition than many of the older, similarly priced places nearby. It's well located in Siolim, within walking distance of the center, with ample parking and an in-house kitchen for quick meals. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it.

The rooms are decent, but we stayed three days and nobody came to clean them. Room service was pathetic. Whenever we requested something, we had to remind them ten times before getting it. I spoke to the person managing the place, who said people had left wrong reviews. At first we thought perhaps some reviews were wrong, but after experiencing it ourselves, I can see how those reviews may be accurate.

Casa Juliana is where I stay whenever I visit Goa. The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. Param, the owner, and the management team keep everything coordinated, so each visit feels smooth and relaxing. Highly recommend it for a refined, luxurious Goa stay.
