Breta, Yadavi & Anthony at reception made check-in and checkout easy. They were polite, helpful, and professional, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless and took care of our requests promptly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really liked the hotel's ambience. We had a fantastic stay with great hospitality, and would choose this hotel again.

We spent about four nights here as a couple, and the calm location made the stay feel relaxing. For my wife's birthday, the team decorated the room and helped with all our requests. Service was top-notch, with the fastest room service I've ever seen. The cozy room had all the basic amenities, and the bathroom was super clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant, coastal spice. The hospitality there was lovely too. The veg seekh kebab and spinach cheese samosa are worth trying, and we liked the tomato soup, butter chicken, and jeera rice as well. Everything was on point. Loved our stay!

Getting around was a hassle. Other than Thalassa, there wasn't much nearby, with neither the beach nor tourist spots close at hand. Thivim and Madgaon stations are 30-40 km away, so I had to spend extra on cabs. Public transport was slow too, taking about 3 hours to Madgaon and 40 minutes to Thivim. I booked the Terrace Suite for its advertised forest view, but there was barely a view. Mosquitoes and the unbearable heat in Goa's humidity made it impossible to sit outside in the evenings. The Fat Tiger chain was disappointing, and the in-house restaurant didn't meet expectations either. I found the property overrated, overpriced, and absolutely not worth the money. I feel like I wasted it, and a more affordable stay in Goa may well give you a better experience.

The food was the highlight for me: every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was elegant and cozy, just right for a relaxing stay. From arrival onward, the team handled every request promptly and with genuine care. I had a great time at Ziva Suites. It felt comfortable and luxurious, and I'd recommend it for the ambience, food, and service. Can't wait to come back!

The food was delicious and full of flavour at every meal, and the rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. We felt comfortable from the start, thanks to the warm, attentive hospitality at Ziva Suites. A fantastic stay with great service and comfort. Highly recommend it, and we'd love to return! 🌟
