Heaven Touch By OYO Rooms

The narrow road makes the trip in a bit of a challenge, but the place is amazing once you arrive. September or October would be a better time to plan a visit. It’s a great place to take children and parents.

The view was the best part, and the hotel food was surprisingly tasty, though they only serve vegetarian food. The staff were helpful. The pool was never filled as expected, and our room wasn’t in good shape. The sheets and floor were dirty, and there were used, dirty slippers left for us. No hot water kettle or other amenities were provided. Power was a major problem, with no backup generator that seemed to work. We planned to stay three nights but left early because there was no electricity. The staff compensated us for leaving early. The property feels like construction was abandoned halfway through. The floor shook a lot and the room creaked, so if you’re concerned about safety, don’t visit.

The location is hard to beat, but getting there means driving on a narrow road, and the nearest shop or market is far away, so bring your supplies. Hygiene needs work. I had to ask room service to wash the bathroom again. The people staying above us stomped, walked around, and screamed all night. Even after we complained to reception, nobody asked them to stop.

The rooms were very clean, and the resort is spacious with beautiful scenery. There’s a big swimming pool, paragliding, and other adventure activities. The staff were extremely nice, and the stay at this renowned resort was fantastic. The dusty road made the journey feel like an adventure, and I was surprised when I arrived to find such a spectacular space. It really felt like heaven.
