Hotel Himani

The masala is light and well balanced, and the flavors taste authentic and soulful. I’d highly recommend Hotel Himani. It’s a bit pricey, but I think the quality and quantity make it worth it. The master chef clearly knows what he’s doing. Please keep that same light, authentic style, since people are avoiding too much oil and heavy spice these days. My one exception is Biryani. I’d love to see it with a South Indian-style touch, like Meghana Biryani in Bangalore, rich, aromatic, and traditional. More starter options would be nice too. One of the best restaurants in Solan, with a great team and food made from the heart ❤️

The rooms were in excellent condition, the service was quick, and the staff were good. Nice place with tasty food.

Worst service. I invited some guests to stay here, and they left a gadget in their room when they checked out. I called the next day to let the hotel know they’d forgotten it, but they refused to return it. I’m never staying here again.

The dinner was memorable, every dish was awesome, and the fast food was good too. They had different kinds of drinks and a DJ as well. The hotel was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service where we ate. It made a lovely first impression, thanks to the friendly, helpful receptionist and staff. The location and surroundings are beautiful, too. Must visit for a great experience.
