Beautiful views and tasty food, with clean rooms and great service. One of the best hotels in Solan, we had an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

The peaceful setting gave us a nice break from city noise, and we had scenic views from the room. The room was clean and comfortable, had the basic amenities, and housekeeping was prompt. Staff were courteous and helpful the whole time, and check-in went smoothly. We also liked the tasty food, especially the local dishes, and the dining area was well-maintained. It was a relaxing, comfortable stay and good value for money. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Solan.

We spent 5 nights here. The gaming section was good and felt safe for kids, the jacuzzi was very good, and the theatre has hydraulic seats. You need your own subscription to watch a movie there. The food was very good quality and baby-friendly, but service was a bit slow. We got a deluxe room, though our membership booking called it super deluxe. The views from the property weren’t what we expected, so keep in mind the videos show something different from what you get. Overall, 3/5 👍

At these premium prices, the experience was mediocre and the hotel felt badly managed. Service is extremely slow, with a 40-60 minute wait for anything you ask for. The washrooms weren’t very clean, with red-gray stains all around, and the flush tanks are connected separately and often run out of water. Room locks take a steep learning curve, so expect to spend 30 minutes figuring out how to unlock yours. I’d avoid the super deluxe and deluxe rooms, the standard rooms are better. If you’re booking as a group, each room type is in a different building.
