The rooms are excellent and match the photos online. They have a living and dining area, a kitchen with the required utensils, and lovely views outside. Mr.Pradeep at reception is nice to speak with. But the service around power, water, and supplies made our family stay difficult. There’s no inverter backup. In winter, the power can go out around 7 pm, leaving you in complete darkness unless you use your phone torch. A generator is available, but staff wouldn’t run it for more than an hour, saying power would return in 5-10 minutes. They also said they were arranging diesel, which took over an hour. Another explanation was that this is a homestay and homestays don’t provide backup, even though they were trying to arrange fuel. The outages affected plans, too. We had an omelette half cooked when the power went out, and it could happen two or three times during a family breakfast, delaying the day. We were told extra blankets would be available, but another staff member gave one blanket for three 2BHK apartments. A quilt was provided, but we had to carry it ourselves to our rooms. In the cold, we were told a heating blower could be provided for a charge when the power came back. When I asked after an outage, Mr.Pradeep said they might not have one because the blowers were either with other rooms or being repaired. I was told staff would clean used kitchen utensils, but when it was time, another person at reception offered dishwasher soap instead. Water shortages can also delay morning plans. One staff member mentioned a possible shortage the next morning for a 2BHK, but the other person didn’t seem concerned, even though it would affect our schedule. It’s a good Oyo property, but the staff can make the stay unpleasant. At checkout, after all this, they asked us to take care with the rating and said they’d provide better service next time. I hope this helps others plan a good stay.

We had a spacious, tidy 2 BHK with a kitchen stocked with utensils, a microwave, and an induction cooktop. Bring your own ingredients and you can cook comfortably. The caretakers were genuinely nice, and OYO provided great service. It’s a lovely place with scenic views.

The 2 BHK apartment worked well for our family, especially for a longer stay. The kitchen has the utensils and appliances needed for cooking. The property was sparkling clean, with a fantastic view and good connectivity.

It’s a peaceful spot away from the crowded city and polluted areas, surrounded by a very picturesque setting. Housekeeping and the other services were up to standard, and the food was really good. Manager Pradeep ji was one of the politest and most hospitable people I’ve met.
