Solan Retreat

The stairs connect the villa directly to Mall Road, though getting back up takes stamina. It’s near Jawahar Park, and parking is available in the villa’s own parking area. The old, monumental building feels both historic and welcoming, with large, clean, comfortable rooms that are nicely kept. We enjoyed the garden view of the hills and the swing in the sunlight. Guests can use the decorated drawing room and dining area, with paintings, statues, and books that make the place cozy. The staff were caring, the meals tasty and freshly made, and room rates reasonable. The friendly owner made sure we felt at home. A peaceful, charming stay in Solan.

The old-style building gives the rooms a homely feel, and the evenings are especially quiet and relaxing with the soft lights. The garden is beautifully kept, with plenty of room for a rest or a peaceful morning tea. Swings, benches, and flowering plants make it especially charming. We had a lovely, refreshing stay surrounded by greenery. The staff were helpful and polite, and the location has great views, away from the noise of the city. A lovely home stay if you want to recharge in nature.

Mr.Jain, the owner, is a generous gentleman, and the property staff were all nice and well behaved. If you're visiting solan, I’d recommend trying this place without hesitation.

The caretakers Deepak, Mohit, and Anita went above and beyond to make us comfortable. That heartfelt hospitality made our time at SOLAN RETREAT, Villa with Garden and Parking feel like a home away from home. It’s a beautiful heritage villa with a peaceful garden, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Solan who wants a cozy, scenic stay with caring hospitality.
