We only wanted to step inside for a quick look before deciding whether to book, which seemed like a normal request, but the staff wouldn’t let us enter. From the moment we arrived, they were rude and disrespectful. They spoke to us unprofessionally instead of offering basic courtesy or help. As potential guests, we expected to be treated with respect, and the experience left a very negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on how badly we were treated.

What stayed with me most was how composed and kind the staff were. They answered questions thoughtfully and handled requests with ease, even when things got busy. Every interaction felt warm and calm, and their manner put me at ease. The whole visit felt smooth and stress free, with a clear sense that management supports a positive work culture. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming from the moment you walk in. If patience and kindness matter to you, I’d highly recommend this place. The people are every bit as wonderful as the service, and I’ll be back soon.

They charge ₹1500 per person just to get in for lunch, and that entry fee is way overpriced. This so-called cover charge makes the place feel unwelcoming. Save your money and eat somewhere that values hospitality.

A well-kept hotel surrounded by nature, with excellent staff who provide prompt service every time and very good food. It’s an impressive place for a memorable getaway. One suggestion: since the location is remote, there should be a dormitory where drivers can stay and eat.
