The mall road location was a big plus, and the staff were pleasant and polite. Our room was clean, well kept, and a decent size. The views were great from the rear facing rooms. We did have water supply problems at least once a day, when it ran out and we had to wait for it to return. We didn’t try the buffet. The rooms could be a little cheaper, but it was a very pleasant stay overall, 8.5/10.

Good value for the price, with clean rooms and a handy spot right in the middle of Solan market. There’s basement parking. The hotel is on a street beside chanakya restaurant, so it can be a little hard to find sometimes.

The balcony had an amazing view. We had a great stay, and the staff were friendly, polite, and cordial. Their kind manner won us over.

We were charged 4k for four rooms, but they were so dirty and smelled bad that we had to leave within half an hour. The bedsheets were stained, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, and we couldn’t get heaters. We were told this was because we checked in late. A complete waste.

Uttam ji, the hotel manager, was very humble and supportive when we checked in and out. He also provided a good breakfast. We had a great experience.
