I spent a week here and really liked the restaurant's atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the staff were cooperative and well mannered. The rooms were clean enough, and room service was easy to reach when anything came up. I did have an AC problem on the first day, but they sorted it out without much trouble. There was also a fridge for drinks.

The restaurant's chef deserves praise, the food was amazing. From the warm welcome on arrival to the friendly staff and restaurant manager, the hospitality was excellent. The atmosphere made it feel like home, and the hotel is a peaceful place to stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The conference hall had adequate seating and was one of the best I've seen in the hotel industry. Restaurant service was prompt, and the food was excellent. The quality and quantity were worth the price. The hotel's convenient for train and air travelers, and works well for business employees going to either North or South Goa. It's also close to beaches in South Goa. The rooms and room service give a five-star feel, and cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained. Management and staff were friendly, quick to help, and keen to make the stay a good experience.

The Wi-Fi was very good, and I liked the toiletries, though there weren't many. But this was the tiniest star hotel I've stayed in, out of 25 so far. The bed took up about 70% of the room, with no table for reading, writing, or using a laptop. There was just one plug for all my electronics. The AC was noisy, and the bathroom was tiny, with all the essentials crammed in. There was no warm welcome, welcome drink, or smile, and nobody helped with my bags.
