B R Cottages

For a beach cottage, I expected something rustic, so I was genuinely surprised by how immaculate our family stay at B R Cottages was. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms very clean and the linens fresh. The hygiene standards honestly rival a 3- or 4-star hotel, which is rare for beach cottages. It's a short walk to the beach, yet the place is peaceful and feels safe for families. A great choice if you care about cleanliness in Patnem.

This was my second stay at this cottage, and the service was again really good. The whole staff were helpful whenever we needed something. It's close to Patnem beach, well maintained, and the bedroom was tidy with a garden view and a hygienic bathroom. They provide a satellite dish connection for watching TV. The stay was worth the price, and I didn't run into any problems. The property's charm hasn't faded.

The cottages are well kept and in a prime location. There's no kitchen, but otherwise everything was great. The man at reception was polite and can help arrange a Scooty rental. Highly recommended!

A peaceful beach stay at a good price, with the cottages only a five-minute walk from Patnem Beach. Rajbag Beach is also walkable in about 10 minutes, and it felt like one of South Goa's cleanest and least crowded beaches. The place is tucked away somewhere quiet, but has food options within walking distance and is easy to reach from NH66. Rooms have a neat, "desi" look, with clean linens and washrooms, lots of daylight and good artificial light at night. The staff were courteous. A couple of small drawbacks: there's no mirror in the room, only in the washroom, and the washroom could use an exhaust fan in Goa's humid weather.
