Mr. Avinash didn’t keep his commitment, and my parents had the worst trip experience. I had arranged a holiday package for their anniversary with airport pickup and hotel dinner on 8th may, South Goa sightseeing on 9th may, North Goa sightseeing on 10th may, and a railway station drop on 11th may. It was meant to include all transfers and sightseeing, breakfast and dinner, a complementary cake, and accommodation in a.c. rooms. Their flight arrived at 17:10 hrs. Mr. Avinash had to pick them up after a cab accident, and I appreciated that. But he then put them in a different hotel in a Non AC room. My mother is a heart patient. When I found out, I called Mr. Avinash, who promised to move them the next day to an AC room at his own property. He never moved them, even by the final day of the trip. If Mr. Avinash can’t stand by his word, he shouldn’t make commitments.

The owner and staff know how to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and Corva Beach is very accessible, only 1 km away. Best place to check in Goa. I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends : D

The rates feel high for what you get, and I wasn't happy with the hospitality. They showed us photos but took us to places that looked different. I really wouldn't choose this kind of place in Goa. If negative points were possible, that's what I'd give.

A convenient spot for the railway station and close to the beach. The rooms are cozy and reasonably priced, and the manager was warm and helpful. A great place to stay.

The place is about 2 km from Colva beach, and the cleanliness is only average. It seems suited to bachelors. They also ask for extra money under the name of GST.
