It’s a quiet, pleasant area, with lovely greenery around the hotel. There’s a railway track right beside it, but trains don’t come often enough to be disturbing. The rooms are excellent, the restaurant is good, and the staff are polite and very cooperative. They can also connect you with good taxi providers. Management has kept the place’s charm and done a wonderful job. If you want to stay in Margao, this is a very good, reasonably priced option.

A simple, very nice hotel in madgao, with clean rooms, beds, bathrooms, and A/C. It’s within budget and worth staying at. The owner is a kind gentleman, and there are no hidden or extra charges. They let us check in extra early because of our train schedule. Highly recommended if you’re in madgao.

Hotel La Flor is in a handy spot near the market and a cake shop, and both the stay and food were affordable. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the whole place spotless, and there was hot water around the clock. The staff were courteous, attentive, and professional, and Lijoy, Sam, Maria Mam and Jagdish were especially helpful. The owners are kind and down to earth. We celebrated our son's birthday there. We had a great stay at this hotel in south Goa near Madgaon. The in-house restaurant was fantastic. Don’t miss the Chicken Kolhapuri and Dal Tadka, both full of authentic flavor. Great value whether you’re there for a quick break or a longer vacation. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
