The restaurant is often run by Mr. Krishna, who makes really delicious food and cuisine. For room needs, the ground staff member people call Pandey Ji is supportive and gets things delivered within minutes. Receptionist Mrs. Heena also provides quality service and makes sure guests feel they get more than they paid for. The hotel gives guests access to gyms and swimming pools, and you can enjoy ocean views from the balconies. It's a good, affordable place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

The restaurant serves delicious food, there's plenty of parking, and the staff were especially fond of my two children. We had a room issue, but reception responded quickly to sort it out. Heena ji deserves a shoutout for her steady hospitality. I’m from PNB and had the opportunity to stay here. I highly recommend it for families.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and this time was the best. The rooms were clean and tidy, the cleaning staff were dedicated, and the food was delicious. Staff were always ready to help with a smile. I hope to visit again soon.

Our wedding events, Mehndi, Haldi, and Sangeet, went wonderfully at the Ocean View Apartments. We had booked nearly 15 rooms for the events on 30th November 2025, and the team helped everything run smoothly. Hina did an outstanding job coordinating and made the whole process stress-free. The owner was polite, cooperative, and available to work things out according to our needs. Breakfast was included, and our extra guests were also covered in the package without additional charges. We were very happy with the people and management, and grateful to the full team for making the events so memorable.

The peaceful surroundings and lovely views made for a relaxing break away from crowded tourist spots, while nearby beaches were still easy to reach. Ocena View The Apartment Hotel in South Goa near Zuari Nagar offers spacious, clean apartments with thoughtful layouts, suitable for families, couples, or longer stays. Staff were courteous, responsive, and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. It felt homely while still having a premium touch. A comfortable, calm place for a memorable stay in South Goa.
