OYO 17025 Hotel Go Goa

The location is the best part: pharmacies, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, and the hotel can arrange a rental vehicle. Rooms were neat and tidy, with comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and took care of room service requests.

Everything went well apart from the bathroom jet spray. The receptionist and other staff were good, room service was also good, and check-in and checkout were really quick. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We were supposed to stay for 14 days and had told reception we would check out on 30th November. Then, on 27th November, they said we had to leave the next day, 28th. When we asked why, they told us our room had already been given to some small actors coming from South India. One person at reception was very rude and insisted we had to go. Even on the morning of 26th November, while we were sleeping, a staff member knocked three times. When I opened the door, he asked if we were checking out. I told him to go back and said I would speak to the manager, so he left. It felt like they wanted to push us out early because these actors were coming, just for the benefit they could get. They didn't follow the rules or consider guests who had been staying there a long time. I've never seen a hotel so eager to throw out its guests. The management and staff were ridiculous and unprofessional. I hope the owner reads this and takes action. If the owner is genuine, they will; otherwise maybe they'll also be part of some under-the-table game. After we were made to leave, we couldn't find another hotel for two nights. Eventually a man helped us find a room. Thank you for the ridiculous service. I hope the owner sees this too.

We had a comfortable stay on a budget, and the room had all the amenities anyone could ask for. Hot water was available all the time. Whenever we called for food delivery or needed anything else, someone was available, and the room service was excellent. Nice room, highly recommended.
