There's a veranda where you can sit outside the rooms, and breakfast and room service are available. The hotel is centrally placed for nearby spots such as Cola Beach, Butterfly Beach, Rock Formations, and Honeymoon Beach, with budget rooms on offer. Rooms are maintained well and have plenty of sockets for charging, plus AC, a refrigerator, and a TV. There's battery backup if the power goes out. A kitchen is available if you want to cook, which was useful since South Goa's restaurant choices are limited, and local food is often made with less spice and salt for foreigners. Parking is limited.

We spent time having drinks in the garden and on the rooftop, which has a nice lounge chair and a good view of the surroundings. The reception guy was polite and friendly, and left us alone. Our room was big enough for three of us to share one very comfortable bed, though the AC took a while to cool it down. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, but ask for directions since the route can be confusing. We visited in the offseason, so the garden kitchen and bar weren't well stocked, understandable with so few guests. All in all, money well spent.

You can see the sea from the balcony, and the spacious rooms are well kept. The staff are friendly and cooperative. A peaceful place to be close to nature, with no disturbances. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Neha Mam deserves a special thanks for a wonderful stay. The rooms, washroom, and whole property were clean, and everything felt very spacious, from the rooms and balcony to the property itself.
