I paid the full amount in advance for a booking on Jan 30th. I only needed the room for a few hours, and booked at 10.53 at night, but after taking my money they stopped answering my calls. When I reached the property, it was locked from outside. I tried calling again several times, and even contacted the MMT team, but got no response from anyone. Both sides are responsible. Be careful, you could arrive and find nobody answers, with your money gone.
I loved how quiet it was, away from the crowds. The rooms are clean, hygienic and spacious, and the pool is well maintained. The couple running the place are some of the sweetest, most innocent people I’ve met in Goa recently 😊. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a few shacks nearby ⛱️.
There was no food available, and the check-in was badly handled. Although we had partly booked online, nobody was at reception when we arrived; we asked around for 10 minutes and no one paid attention. Someone even told us to leave. They first agreed to give us a ground-floor room because we had senior citizens with us, but later put us on the first floor.
Partho helped us sort out rental scooters and cabs, and gave us some nice suggestions for exploring South Goa. The owner and staff were professional. We stayed in this spacious apartment for two days, and it’s close to Varca beach.
It was quiet and peaceful, and Mr Partho, who manages the place, was kind and made sure we had everything during our stay. The management were helpful and respectful too. We checked out on 26May2024, and I’d recommend staying here.
