The room advertised as the Family Suite or “ELITE” felt like a scam. We kept asking for hot water, and on both days reception promised it would be ready in 10 minutes. The first day, that went on for nearly two hours. The next day, the same person stopped answering calls. Mr. Rajesh, the manager said to be running things from Patna, also became unreachable whenever we called about problems. At checkout, staff were nowhere to be found while several guests complained and argued. We had warned them two hours before arriving, but staff were still repairing broken curtain hooks when we got there. The bathroom stayed clogged for two days and needed someone called in to clear it each time. There was an open drain hole in the bathroom that smelled bad, and the shared gallery looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. We spoke with foreign tourists staying there who said they felt they'd been scammed at this price. The place seemed poorly maintained and badly managed, with fake looking photos and promises. You can find much better hotels for the money. Avoid it.

There are rooms without locks, the fans don't work, and room service isn't really a thing here. The online photos also don't reflect the actual hotel, which is in a bad area.

Booked online and stayed in December 2025. I took a deluxe room, but it wasn't okay for a stay. TV didn't work, wife not working, and the room service was poor. Only one service staff person. No water bottle and no soap.

The location was good, but the rest was very inadequate, so we left a day early. Power and water kept cutting out, with little help from staff. There was no AC when the power went and we couldn't shower or flush the toilets. We also found cockroaches in the rooms, and old mattresses were piled outside with rubbish.

I wouldn't book this place if safety matters to you. There was no security, and people from outside came in and disturbed guests. Some foreign visitors also came in drunk and shouted, with no response from the owner when that happened. The owner never comes to the guest house, so you have to call for help. There's a caretaker, but he was rude and only around for a short time.
