The staff were nice and helped us a lot, and the owner can arrange a car or bike. The rooms are spacious, some with pool views, and the location looks just like the photos. It's a nice place to unwind, with a beach 1.3 km away. Drinking water was the one issue, though the owner provided it after we asked. Thanks for the help during our stay.

A lovely, clean place to stay in South Goa, with individual apartments and kitchens that are especially useful for families with small babies. We had a little difficulty because there wasn't a good food place nearby, and the restaurant there wasn't operating when we visited. They do take orders and arrange the food you want.

A good low-budget option if you just need somewhere to sleep in a quiet part of South Goa. It's close to benaulim beach and directly opposite Cornerstone Church, Benaulim, which may suit Christian travellers. The place has the basics: an iron, clothesline, hot shower, kitchen with stove and utensils, safe, queen-sized bed, sofa set, and a balcony with a distant beach view. There's also a TV, but the cable bill hadn't been paid when I stayed, so it didn't work. The entrance to the annex could use some work, with rubble lying around.

A small pool and a well-managed kids' pool add to the appeal, and the beach is nearby, around 1km away. It's a good family hotel, away from the crowds. The staff were helpful, though the rooms could be cleaner.
