I was very satisfied with the service here. The staff were professional and careful, and even the small customer needs were looked after. They responded quickly and handled problems really well. It's reliable, high-quality service, and I'd recommend it completely. Full five stars from me. Go see for yourself.
Good spot, and the staff were helpful and polite. There's a kitchen setup, and pure vegetarian hotels nearby too.
The staff behaved very badly, especially the man who stays at reception. I won't come back here again.
The location worked really well for me: near enough to the beach, but far enough away that I wasn't covered in sand every day. There's a large sign, so the place is easy to find. The rooms are simple and clean, with AC, several fans, and reliable WiFi. This area is a dead zone, but there's a router on every floor. Everyone on staff was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. “Honey” went the extra mile to arrange reliable transportation and communicated superbly. I can't recommend the place enough, and I'll happily book again. Thanks for everything ❤️
There are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat nearby, and food delivery apps worked fine. The apartment was spacious and airy, with separate living and sleeping areas, a fridge, induction setup, balcony, and good WiFi. Check-in was smooth, with Shankar, Santosh, and the others running the reception well. We stayed four nights at Hibiscus 1 BHK(D Costa Holiday Home), and found it relaxing and comfortable. As frequent travelers, we appreciate friendly, cheerful management and housekeeping, and the team here had great positive energy. Great value for money.
