The staff kept brushing off every problem as a technical issue, whether it was the WiFi or the hot water, and made no effort to sort anything out. They just said, “This is what we provide.” I was there for three nights and only needed the room to sleep and freshen up, but even that was disappointing. It was dirty, with stained, poorly maintained walls. The washroom had one soap, one shampoo sachet, and a very cheap towel. Hot water was advertised, but there wasn’t any proper hot water. The service and management were very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed for a week through a corporate booking and had a terrible experience with hygiene. They didn’t change the bedsheets or pillow covers, and hot water wasn’t available in most rooms, even though reception said it was. There were only two or four staff members managing the whole hotel. Look at other options before booking.

The rooms themselves are in decent shape, but cleanliness is a real problem. The bedsheets and liners were dirty, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The location is the only thing going for this hotel. The lift didn’t work on the 4th floor, and the emergency stairs were in a really poor state. There was no cleaning anywhere, the rooms and washrooms were dirty, and the walls had stains. Service was absent, and even with a restaurant they didn’t provide basics like plates or spoons. Honestly, it’s not worth more than 400 rupees.
