Treebo Grand Royale Eco Residency with Pool

Azman made our stay especially memorable with his attention to the small details and the care he showed. One of us had left a phone behind at the hotel, and he personally brought it to us. His honesty and dedication say a lot about the service here. The hotel was very well maintained, with premium fittings and quality amenities that made the stay comfortable. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the pool area. It was clean and peaceful, a nice place to unwind, and the housekeeping team kept the rooms fresh each day. Staff were polite, quick to respond, and took care of even small requests. The property is large and beautifully maintained, with spacious, neat rooms and a lovely view of the pool. The quiet location was a plus, though it’s far from the beach and restaurant areas. That should be fine if you have your own vehicle. Breakfast was very basic and not good, the worst I’ve had at any Treebo hotel. I’d suggest planning to eat elsewhere. I was given the biggest room on the first floor. Since it was new, the room and bathroom were decent, and the balcony was spacious. But the AC leaked all night onto the bed and head pillow. They sent a technician, but the problem wasn’t fixed. I called several times and got no response, so one of my two nights was ruined.
