The food was excellent, and the property is beautiful with a lovely ambiance. But maintenance needs work, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty when we visited. The staff were polite, though guest handling and service standards could be better. We were there with family and a toddler. We had asked about an early check-in and were told it might be possible if the previous guests left in time. After arriving, we waited nearly an hour in the heat with our toddler, even though we'd paid in full beforehand. Then guests who arrived after us were checked in first. We were only accommodated after a family member asked about it. A lovely place with good food, but the service and upkeep need attention.

A really different kind of stay, with a great chance to enjoy nature and feel connected to it. The staff were very nice, especially santano dias and Sara, who were so cooperative. I had an awesome experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting goa.

Nature Trails Rock Valley Goa is tucked among lush greenery, with lovely valley views from comfortable, well-kept rooms. The setting combines a peaceful break with plenty to do, including kayaking, nature walks, an infinity pool, and other adventure activities. Our whole stay felt memorable thanks to the delicious food and courteous, attentive staff who were always willing to help. It's a good escape from Goa's crowded beaches, whether you're travelling as a couple or with family. I'd happily return.

The valley view and ambience were superb, and the whole staff treated us with great hospitality. We had a very good time, and the restaurant food was excellent. Nature Trails Rock Valley is a must-visit place to stay. Thank you 🙏

Really beautiful rooms, pool area, and walking tracks. Everyone was cooperative, from reception to the dining area and room service. The ambience stood out, and I'd like to come back and recommend the place.
